With the support of USAID the Georgia Red Cross Society delivered food and hygiene parcels to the beneficiaries of the organization “HandinHand”.
Parcels were distributed to all beneficiaries of the Family based service. The President of the Georgia Red Cross Society, Natia Loladze took part in delivering process, where she got informed about the situation in Family based houses.
During the spread of the COVID-19 the beneficiaries of the organization “Hand in Hand” appear to be one of the most vulnerable part of the society – it is worth mentioning, that due to the high risk of virus spread, their humanitarian needs increased significantly.
